1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused and unopened Kitchen Essentials products within:

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling are not eligible
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened kitchen tools
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Perishable products (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund processing time:

5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the shipping cost
- If the return is due to a customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong product), the customer pays return shipping
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
If the order has already shipped, a return must be requested once the item is received.
7. Exchanges
We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you want a different item, you must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
